Pre-orders – important information

General information about Preorders

For Preorders, particularly for limited trading card products, the actual available delivery quantity may not yet be final at the time you place your order. Manufacturers and distributors sometimes only provide us with the final quantities a few weeks before the planned Release.

Please note the following:

• Release and delivery dates may change. Delays may arise, for example, due to production bottlenecks, shipping delays, or changes made by the manufacturer or distributor.
• Limited products may be subject to allocation shortfalls. If our supplier delivers a smaller quantity than originally announced or ordered, it may be necessary to reduce Preorders in full or in part.
• A full or partial reduction will only take place if the shortfall is beyond our control. As soon as we know the final delivery quantity, we will inform affected customers by email as soon as possible.
• If the available quantity is sufficient, we generally fulfill Preorders in the order in which they were received.
• If we have to cancel a Preorder in full or in part, we will refund the relevant amount using the original payment method. The refund will be issued without undue delay and no later than within 14 days.
• You can cancel or withdraw from your Preorder at any time in text form and without giving a reason, in accordance with our Terms and Conditions. A short message by email is sufficient.
• If your order has already been prepared for shipping or handed over to the shipping provider, we may no longer be able to technically stop the ongoing shipping process. Your statutory rights, in particular the right of withdrawal for consumers, remain unaffected.
• For products with a set Release date or street date, we follow the applicable requirements of the manufacturer or distributor. An early shipping confirmation may therefore mean that your order has already been prepared but will not leave our warehouse until the permitted shipping date.

Whenever possible, you can find current product information, such as changes to the Release date, directly in the relevant product description. We also publish general news about releases and preorders on our social media channels.

Products with different Release dates

If you order several preordered items with different release dates together, we generally try to ship the order together as much as possible.

As a result, shipment of the entire order may be delayed until all included items are available.

Under our GTC, we reserve the right to ship an order in multiple partial deliveries if this is reasonable for you. We will not charge you any additional Shipping costs incurred as a result of a partial delivery arranged by us.

Note on payment with Klarna

When using Klarna, please note that Klarna's payment terms and deadlines may be independent of the actual Release or shipping date of a preordered item.

For preorders with a Release date further in the future, payment to Klarna may become due before you receive your order from us.

Therefore, please check the payment terms displayed by Klarna each time before completing your order.
